pasta with broccoli sugar snap peas and asparagus

another lazy saturday afternoons and big L and i were hungry. it was cold out, so we decided to stay in, as soon as i opened the fridge i realized its been a while since freshdirect were here. grabbing anything that was left in the fridge i ended up making a pasta with a little bit of broccoli, sugar snap peas and asparagus. i thought it would be too "veggie", but at the end it actually came out nicely balanced and light just what i needed for my hangover.

INGREDIENTS
1 pack of farfalle pasta
5 tbs olive oil
1 cup broccoli
1 cup sugar snap peas
1 cup chopped asparagus
4 garlic sliced
salt and pepper
crashed red pepper
parmigiano reggiano

PREPARATION
prepare pasta according to instruction on the box. once ready set aside.
in a large skillet heat olive oil. add broccoli, peas, asparagus, garlic, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper. stir fry till veggies are ready, about 5 min. add pasta and stir for extra 3 min.
serve in bowls and sprinkle with the parmigiano reggiano.
